Payment and Shipping Policy - SPLECA

(1) Shipping is only possible within Australia. Orders are dispatched from Wangara, WA.

(2) The delivery time is approx. 3-7 working days.

(3) We offer flat rate shipping across Australia:

• Western Australia (WA): $15.90 per order
• Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC): $20.25 per order
• South Australia (SA) & Northern Territory (NT): $20.25 per order*

*Please note: Additional freight charges may apply under the following conditions:

• Delivery to rural or remote shipping addresses, or
• Bulky or heavy orders exceeding a cubic volume of 5kg

If your order falls under these conditions, our warehouse team will contact you directly to arrange payment for any additional freight costs.

(4) Unless otherwise agreed upon, the goods will be delivered from our warehouse to the address provided by you; shipping charges apply. Costs arising from providing an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged to you.

(5) The goods remain our property until payment in full is received.

(6) The goods are delivered by our shipping partners.
